Simple Simon's Pizza

Edit: It wasn't after hours, it was well before 10, which is literally on the door. Instead of trying to blame the website try and take accountability. Wouldn't trust you to safely make food. I put in an order almost an hour before they closed online. The website took my money and when I got there, the door was locked and lights were off. Absolutely irresponsible and disrespectful of my time. I'll wait till I'm visiting family to eat simple Simon's at a different location from now on.

I got the stromboli and it was delightful. I think it would be especially good with a side of Marinara sauce. It's just 1 room when you come in, with some seats but there is limited seating. I expected a restaurant for some reason, that's why I mention this. Delicious.

Great service and very clean store. I would not recommend the KETO Pizza option though. It was not what I expected at all. If you like the taste of burnt cheese and very dry food, this might be for you. Next time I will try the cauliflower crust Or Big 10 Keto Bowl instead. Hopefully they are better. This one just got pitched in the trash after a couple bites. 😢

I can't speak to the service or atmosphere, but I can say I wish I would've ordered elsewhere. The cardboard crust looks like it comes in frozen stacks of mass produced discs. Not sure the oven is hot enough to cook a decent pie if they had good dough. The cheese was waxy and the mushrooms smelled like they are a few days past their shelf life. I couldn't even taste the sauce on the pizza. Maybe that is for the best. I wouldn't eat it again if it were free.

Doing delivery? BEWARE! It was awkward hearing the manager tell his employee not to deal with the DoorDash driver. I had been waiting for 10 minutes for the order, and it was not coming out anytime soon! The manager instructed the employee to not deal with my order. I had to contact support to unassign from the order. I deliver 500 orders per week. This behavior from the restaurant is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. Get OFF DoorDash!! This one delivery affected my daily drive, income, and rating. I would encourage all DoorDash drivers to cancel or unassign from Simple Simon's Pizza orders in the future (they go by the name a "ARIA PASTA KITCHEN" on DoorDash). If this also happened to you as a driver, BOYCOTTING may be necessary, and please write a review about your treatment.
