Ordered the crabby fries and fried shrimp plantain boat. Food was fresh, hot, delicious, and reasonably priced! Friendly staff and owner.
I ordered from here today, and it was delicious. The oxtail sliders with the Chipotle sauce were so tasty. The oxtail mac and cheese was delicious. The soft, shredded oxtail inside the Mac and cheese did not disappoint. The lobster and shrimp empanada was very filling with no air pockets! I will definitely be ordering from here again.
Omg is all I can say at my first bite. Ripe plantains and oxtail are 2 of my favorite foods,so trying them together in this way had me super excited. The restaurant is located off of the corner. The location is pretty small, with seating for approximately 6 people. Their menu is extensive and full of options for meat eaters like myself and vegans. The customer service was 10/10 also. Upon placing my order, I was told to wait approximately 25-30 minutes, which is posted on the menu, so you won't be surprised. Exactly 25 min later, I received my order, and boy o boy, my tastebuds went crazy. The ripe plantains are perfectly ripe n still firm. The oxtail is super tender n seasoned well and even had butter beans in it. The ripe plantain is stuffed with the oxtail and drizzled with what I belie
We ordered 2 lobster Mac n cheese and 7 wings honey jerk with Rasta pasta and a simply Mac stuffed curry chicken and the whitening fish with coco bread and the jerk chicken patty with coco bread. However they didn’t give us the correct order there was no honey jerk on the wings and they gave us the wrong patty instead of it being jerk chicken patty it was a beef patty. Onto how the food tastes, the Rasta pasta was extremely oily and they used the Jamaican yellow cheese to put in there. They could’ve seasoned the whitening and the wings more but they messed up because they didn’t put the sauce of our choice on there. The lobster shrimp Mac and cheese isn’t really Mac n cheese it’s just a mix of seafood and pasta. And the lobster mixed in there taste like crawfish. Overall I don’t really lik
I heard about this restaurant based on a video on Instagram. It’s not that far from my house so I had to give it a shot. I got the Oxtail Plantain boat with Catfish on the side. I also tried the Fried Lasagna. These were absolutely delicious. Knowing that this food is cooked to order so it’s always fresh makes it even better. I truly recommend everyone try this place again. I will definitely be eating here and trying all of the items on the menu.
