Simply Pho House

We had a wonderful experience at Simply Pho! We tried the Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Singapore Noodles, and spring rolls, and everything was absolutely amazing and delicious. The flavors were spot on and the food was fresh and satisfying. It’s a nice, quiet place—perfect for lunch or dinner with family. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable dining experience!

The menu is impressive, offering not only authentic Vietnamese favorites like pho and vermicelli bowls, but also a variety of Chinese and Thai dishes—perfect for satisfying different cravings in one place. This is my go-to restaurant in Cedar Park for pretty much every occasion :) It has been great for big groups, small groups or going by myself and sitting at the bar. The hospitality is great and the food is consistently high quality and fresh. My favorites on the menu are the Grilled Chicken Vermicelli (the marinated chicken and pickled veggies are excellent) and the egg rolls (which pair well with cocktails at happy hour :)) The bar has great drinks- I am picky about cocktails and I don’t like them too sweet, and I have enjoyed all the ones I have tried here. They are well balanced and pair well with the food. The owners, bartenders and waiters are all really friendly and I appreciate that I know when I go there that it will be a good experience for me and those that go with me!

The newest Simply Pho House location absolutely delivers! Even though the restaurant was packed, we were seated right away and greeted with drinks in no time. Our server made great recommendations, and every dish was spot-on. We started with the dumplings—perfectly crispy, never greasy, and paired with a light, flavorful sauce. The entrées arrived quickly, piping hot, and generously portioned. Everything was seasoned just right, with fresh, colorful vegetables and perfectly cooked rice. The pho was rich and comforting, and the orange chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Their jasmine green tea is also a must-try—refreshing and aromatic. Simply Pho House continues to be one of our favorite spots, and we’re thrilled to have this new location so close to home!

Stopped by for the first time after they opened. I had the ribeye and brisket pho and fried potstickers. Broth was outstanding. Food was wonderful. Rich flavor in the broth. Clearly uses fresh meat. Service was outstanding. Glad we have a great pho spot in Cedar Park.
