I’m very disappointed in the professionalism of this place. I’ve been coming here for years with my family and never had any issues until now. We were ordering, and I noticed that the server didn’t write down the carne asada plate that my mom had asked in the beginning since she wrote the second item my mom asked for, so I ordered the carne asada plate again. However, I didn’t realize she wrote it down three times at the end instead of the two plates I had originally told her. These plates cost around $16 each, and I noticed the total seemed a little off, but my mom paid anyway. We asked for the receipt less than five minutes after paying, because we hadn’t received it when we paid. That’s when I noticed we were charged for three carne asada plates instead of two.
