my friend and i found this place off tik tok and decided to go. first off, the owner was an absolute sweetheart! felt so welcomed from the moment we walked in and the atmosphere is so iconic! the coffee was absolutely amazing! i’m not a big chocolate/mocha person when it comes to my coffee but the “love letter” is something i would get over and over again. i will definitely be back!🩷

Sip & Saddle is such a gem! The owner is incredibly kind & welcoming, which made our visit even better. The environment is the cutest mix of retro cowgirl vibes & pink perfection!!🩷🤠 We absolutely loved our experience & can’t wait to come back! Thank you for helping make Holly an even better place. They also have tables, which makes it a great spot to get work or homework done while enjoying a drink. Such a cute, fun, & cozy place all around. We will definitely be back!

I know she just opened. It was overwhelming "just okay." She is very nice but it took about 35 minutes to get 1 coffee and 1 pizza bagel out. The coffee was okay. Not worth $10 unfortunately. Bagel was, again, just okay. Not worth $15. Please get some outlet covers on your sockets. EDIT: Business response. I did not come during peak time. There was a single party in there and she was able to start on our order right away. Again, I was NOT there during the event owner is describing. I hold what I say. For specificities, I was not impressed with the roast of the espresso. And the bagel was greasy. It was not bad. I never said it was bad. Owner was very nice. I understand that she has just opened. The atmosphere is so fun! When you walk in its pink western vibes. Cute backdrop and ballon arch for you to take pictures while you enjoy your drinks. Staff is always so friendly. My favorite cafe and worth the drive to get there. They always have new fun drinks to go with any holidays coming up! Perfect place to hang out, study, and get some amazing coffee. And if you don’t like coffee? The dirty alanis are so fun and delicious. There’s also caffeine free dirty sodas and hot chocolate. Don’t get me started on the sushi bowls or pizza bagels 🤤😋
