Skeet and Ro’s Seasoned with Soul

Please get a sign or an illuminated open sign!!! We stopped in on 1/20/25. When we first arrived we thought we were in the wrong spot as the area is very dimly lit and there are NO clear signs with the business name. It's very hard to see those tiny printed we are open signs in such a dimly lit area especially at night. We tried the food based on the promising reviews and while the staff seemed nice what I received food wise was not. We waited over 1 hour for our to go food. Yes there are signs stating made to order but over 1 hr seems excessive. I was expecting to be amazed and I was left thoroughly disappointed 😞. Everything was entirely too salty.... to the point it was inedible and we had to toss it. The candied yams were so overly sweet that the "juice" from them was thick like syr

This place is much more lively and better decorated than before. Customer service is good and food tastes great. One thing though, not great ventilation so you will smell like fried food. Don’t go in before you have some place special to go to, lol. LOVE the fried flounder; if you don’t like much salt then tell them to leave off the extra seasoning. Yams and Mac n cheese were good. The salmon patties were huge! I couldn’t even finish. Red velvet cake was flavorful and light, not dry at all. Previously tried the bread pudding but wasn’t my favorite.

waited 30+minutes for this little ssa cornbread & yes this is how it came! , the rest of the food was okayish tho except my bf fries , dem thangs was still raw ; not too mention the oxtails aint all dat so take yall 26$ elsewhere for oxtails (the pics r the oxtail plate)

As my travels have me all over the place. I stopped this week in Columbia,SC. I was referred by Carmichael from my hotel. It DID NOT disappoint. A good Sunday dinner. I got the oxtail dinner with greens,macaroni, chitterlings. DELICIOUS!!!! Along with Christian music I'LL be back for sure along with my flight crew. See you soon.

My wife and I was informed of this place a few days ago and we dined there on today. The food portions were generous and great tasting. I had the hamburger steak, sweet corn, and yams. My wife had the smothered pork chops, collard greens, and mac & cheese. My daughter selected the bbq chicken, mac & cheese and collards. White rice with gravy was also included in our meals and we all selected cornbread as our bread option. My wife had the lemonade and I selected the peach lemonade. Our meals were really great tasting! We will be back!!!
