Katie is extremely patient. They were nearly closing, but she took time to suggest me a nice regular tea (not shown in the menu but cheaper 2.95$) with cinnamon spice flavor and Honey. I said I liked it blazing hot, and she put double cups to make sure it was easy to hold. Please give her a raise !

For airport food this breakfast was excellent.i had the Big Dakota and was not disappointed. Jen my server certainly helped make the experience a positive. Lovely young lady with a bright smile at 7:30! Thanks Jen

Before leaving Sioux Falls to return home, I was serviced by an amazing employee. I believe her name was Elisibeth. I was having a bad time with delays, but her exceptional service and welcoming energy made my mood better. She even suggested places I should visit if I were to return. We need more employees like her! 👏

Extremely friendly and awesome staff. Arrived here at 8AM and got served right away with a good Bloody Mary and some beers before our flight. This place got SO busy right at 9AM, just a heads up! Seemed like they were keeping up great though!

Bourbon bacon cheeseburger is delicious! Great service, and quick!
