Slainte Peekskill

I really wanted an Irish breakfast☘️🇮🇪 black and White pudding were excellent and breakfast was good! Also ordered an Irish curry, portion was generous. It was DJ brunch, music was amazing, big up for the amazing DJ! It was fun, we had a great time 👯‍♀️ waitress was lovely, we had to wait a bit longer for food as it was birthday party with a big crowd upstairs.

The food here is certainly not the food you would get in Ireland. First of all the food came to our table after waiting almost an hour. The burger I ordered for $19 was tasteless, over cooked and about 3/8 of a inch thick. It came with oily soggy fries that were about 1/2" to 3/4" long. I would have been better off with a McDonald's burger. My wife's fish and chips, absolutely horrible. The fish batter was extremely oily. The batter came right off the fish, and the fish ( supposedly Cod ) was actually blackish from being overcooked. Again her fries were oily to the point you could squeeze the oil out. My friend had Sheppards Pie. It was nothing but some mashed potatoes with about 2 tablespoons of some sort of dry meat incorporated in it. He described it as tasteless and left 75% of it on

Had an amazing time at the Slainte soft open this weekend! The interior decor was impressive, and we were thoroughly impressed by the fantastic food and service. We indulged in the whisky glaze wings, curry cauliflower, and poutine, all of which were delicious. Can't wait to come back for more!

Owner was an amazing host. Couple of really great bartenders . The desert was good and the brisket is like butter!

I highly recommend Slainte! This is a true Irish Bar!! 🍀 I give them 10 stars!! ⭐️ The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. We had the shepherds pie, the Ruben, the Harrison burger, and Fish & Chips all cooked to perfection!
