Slap the apple Memphis style bbq

This is the second time my husband has stopped here to bring us home some ribs, first time I think we had 12 ribs and they were tough. Today he stopped to try again and again, didn't even get 12 ribs, and again super tough. I mean for $31 dollars with tax could you at least give a whole slab like you advertise !!! You can see in the picture, that's what was in the box for $31. Having to throw them in the oven to hopefully soften them up so their edible !!

From the customer service to the lickin of the bones, this bbq does not disappoint. I never tried Memphis style bbq but I’m sure glad the first time was here. I stopped in on my way to Gainesville while I was working unfortunately the brisket wasn’t ready yet, but they hooked me up with a workin man’s special it was slap fill over everything and you get one side. I got the greens which did not disappoint, could’ve used a ham bone but was still very flavorful. Everything you see in this box was moist, smokey, tender and most important of all a mouthgasm. All that bbq sauce may seem like a lot but it was the perfect amount. I asked for hot and they delivered. I’ve been to their truck off 27 in Groveland numerous times, food is always on point and relatively quick to get it. Highly recommended the mac and cheese

$20 for a half rack, no side or drink included. And they're not even baby backs. Sides 5 a piece extra? Workn mans special? $30. How many workn men you know paying $30 for lunch? I had to throw all the meat away! I ordered to go and when I got home all the meat was completely covered in a thick bitter char. It was old and my family could not eat it. The smell made us feel nauseous. We also asked or corn bread and they gave us some dried banana bread instead. I do not recommend this place.
