For my visit to Slice Bites (Spring Hill, FL) today: Highest Recommendation. Spring Hill has a new (NY slice) King in town, based on my preferences. I'm a pizza snob and I travel all over the US in the pursuit of pizza. I've tried every place in Hernando County and this place is #1. Owner Nate (and wife) runs this place. He's coming up on 2 years and his background is in the fine dining space and was new to 🍕 when starting however he had plenty of bread making experience. There is a LOT of cross over with bread and pizza and I think it's very beneficial to master bread before pizza as the crust is the foundation to any good pizza. This was my first time at Slice Bites.. The place is nice and tidy/clean, including the bathrooms 🚻 which is a plus. The people who took our order were friendly and nice. Now as far as the pizza, the taste was good for a thin crust, it didnt lack any flavor. The sauce was great as well. My only concern was it was a bit soggy closer to the middle. I wasn't completely disappointed just would have liked it to be a bit more crunchy as a thin slice pizza, but we all have our preferences, This is just my opinion.

The absolute best pizza I’ve had in Florida, being from NY. The ingredients are tasty and the crust is spot on. Highly recommend, the most authentic NY style pizza here in FL.

Not only is this establishment so family oriented, theyre nice and courteous. Plus, as a New Yorker who loves pizza, this place rocks!

I have ordered from them twice. They do not disappoint. Their pizza was fantastic both times we ordered from. They were not overcooked and the sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. It's so nice to finally have a great pizza place around. I will definitely be coming back here and will recommend this place to everybody.
