I have traveled all around Canada and USA and I must say they nailed it with their pizza. It is without a doubt one of the best I've had when it comes to thin crust pizza. I had the big mac and the chicken waffle. There is many options to choose from. I will be going back next time I'm heading that way to try other options. The lady that served us yesterday (Feb 26, 2026)I didn't catch her name unfortunately was very friendly, easy to talk to and knew her products well. I even talked to her about other pizzas I've had aroud the countries. I highly recommend you check out Slice Works

Thank you Pizza Gods for placing a New Haven-style pizza place close to Hartford!! Sliceworks takes the thin crust, chewy style pizza to another level. Beyond the food and atmosphere the mission behind Sliceworks is awesome. I pulled this from their website: the mission is to have an inclusive workplace where pizza creates possibilities for individuals with disabilities. How awesome is this?!?! Experience: We came in for a quick family dinner and walked into a clean and cheerful restaurant with plenty of seating. We checked out the extensive menu and it was easy to satisfy everyone’s cravings (2 adults and three kids ages 8-12) by grabbing some individual slices and ordering a combo whole pie as well. Fantastic new spot in town. We ordered the garlic knots, a neapolitan style (they have 3 styles to choose from) pepperoni pizza and a slice of their baked potato pizza. They do a great Neapolitan which happens to be our favorite style. Slices are huge and flavorful and all of the food came out super fast which is important when dining with kids. Our kids even devoured everything we ordered which is unheard of! Dining room and kitchen were very clean, and the staff were helpful when recommending their favorites. We will definitely be back!

I wanted to share my experience this evening October 28 2025 with Slice Works pizzeria in Glastonbury:) I made a takeout order this evening and staff was professional and pleasant on the phone conversation:) Its was ready as promised in 25 minutes and let me tell you when entering the restaurant staff was enthusiastic and upbeat...restaurant was busy, and staff was outstanding...I ordered a large red sauce, mushrooms with mozzarella cheese it was delicious, crust was cooked perfectly, sauce was delicious and mushrooms and mozzarella really topped it off:) yummy 😋 I will definitely be back as they have so many specialty pizzas both red and white sauce...I highly recommend this restaurant:)

Came across this restaurant randomly while waiting for an appointment and ordered a slice of cheese. Best pizza I’ve had in a while. 10/10 recommend.
