Slope's BBQ Roswell

SLOPE’S is Roswell is the new HOT breakfast spot!!! 8 of us went to try the new breakfast at Slope’s today. FANTASTIC AND DELICIOUS!! The sausage was out of this world! Homemade biscuits just like the ones your grandma used to make!! Country ham that melted in my mouth. Hot honey country fried chicken or steak biscuits. Sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on texas toast, wow super good! Sausage, gravy and biscuits out of this world!!! We even tried their homemade chocolate chip, sugar, and oatmeal raisin cookies, stop the madness they were soooo delicious!!! This is a must try! If you don’t you are really missing out!

Quick restaurant stop while out. It was the first time there even thoughtless we've olives in the area for years. My husband loved the brisket and I had a pulled pork sandwich. Good flavor and moisture in the meats. The sauces were good but not overwhelming in their spiciness.

Typical small BBQ place. BBQ sauce was vinegar based but their sweet was not as strong with it but also not as sweet so that was good as vinegar is not our thing. Mac and cheese was creamy vs not soupy - but still tasty. The meat was really tender and good. The pickles were excellent. The Texas toast was so really good. Plenty of sides to choose from. We will be back if we're in the area and want BBQ.

Beyond friendly, extremely clean! The entire restaurant from head to toe is clean. The service is amazing. The food is some good down south style BBQ. First time here and have found new favorite spot to come back to. The cheesy jalapeño grits, collards and brisket is phenomenal! Bringing the family back in a few weeks!

I went in here with my partner and the service and employees were very kind. We ordered our food and my partner went into the restroom. However when my partner came back from the bathroom she looked concerned. She told me there was a confederate flag on the wall and when I looked, I know it was an older Georgia flag but also knew did use the confederate flag. As we waited for our order we discussed the flag and resigned to have paid for our food. When the food came out the order smelled of being boiled rather than a traditional BBQ technique. The flavor relied heavily on the sauce which was fairly decent. Unfortunately, the only thing I enjoyed on the plate was the mac and cheese which was not very flavorful but did well with some salt and pepper. I’d say for proudly displaying a hate symb
