Smales Pretzel Bakery

Went for the first time today and was feeling anxious as I generally don't like to go new places. Especially, not alone. They were extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely come back and with friends.. The price was amazing as well. Only $1.50 for a large soft pretzel. They had mustard and beer cheese. Thank you guys for making me feel less afraid. I definitely felt welcome.

I work at a Dayton area church, and we decided to surprise the congregation with hot pretzels from Smales on Super Bowl Sunday. It was a big order. We needed 500 pretzels for each of our two services, and the timing needed to be precise. The folks at Smales wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us, so they delivered 500 fresh hot pretzels right before each service. Each pretzel was individually sleeved with a mustard packet in each sleeve. The bulk pricing was great. The delivery was perfectly on time both times. The pretzels were delicious and well received! The person who delivered them even gave us a great tip on freezing and reheating them later. The customer service through email was extremely helpful multiple times. We stopped here for fresh pretzels!! So cute! Parking in the rear. We got 6 fresh baked large pretzels with salt. They were piping hot and delicious!! The employee was very nice too.

While Tony and I was on our day trip in Dayton, Ohio we stopped at the Smales Pretzel Bakery to enjoy a Hot Salty Treat. We both love pretzels of any kind. This is really a treasure!!! If you are in the Dayton OHIO area you should definitely look them up. They are easy to find with Google Maps or Yelp GPS, They are located in a residential area. Plenty of parking and inside is a counter and very helpful workers. They also sell other treats too. I purchased 2 pretzels, ONE for each of us only $2.50 When in the area I will definitely stop again! I highly recommend plug this into your GPS and find your Pretzel fix right here!!!

I loved my very first trip to Smales. I went there to get some soft pretzels, and I got a bag of them (1 dozen) hot from the oven. FAST friendly service. I'll be back (to get the Smales T-Shirt I ordered a few weeks ago)!
