Okay, so I have eaten here twice in a row now. The food is DELICIOUS! I've had the Molten Philly Madness both times because it's that good! My cousin and I traded halves of our sandwiches because she got The Lord of the Ranch and I definitely recommend that one as well. Took my daughter here today and she got the Donut Destruction and it's the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Their breakfast items are served all day! Yay! The staff is friendly and I love the attached Folklore Grove Bookstore. They have a great variety of books to choose from including children's books as well as a section from local authors. It's a perfect little spot to go when you want a relaxing atmosphere and to have some good eats.

I want so badly for this place to succeed for the decor and concept alone. Everyone was super nice and attentive. My husband and I both really enjoyed our sandwiches (he got the Philly cheese steak and I got the chicken bacon ranch). The sandwiches seem simple, but their house-made sourdough bread set them apart. There's also a cute little bookshop inside the restaurant. The only downside was the wait—it took quite a while for them to make the sandwiches. But I'm hoping that's just because it's new and they're still working out the kinks. Be patient, the food is worth the wait. I also got the PBJ latte. I was worried it would be too sweet but it was everything I wanted it to be.

Stopped in tonight with some friends for dinner and it did not disappoint. Our group tired the grilled cheese, the chicken ranch, and the PB &J. I was adventurous and tried the kitchen sink. It was crazy with each bite I'd get the essence of one of the other sandwiches - a hint of cheese steak, a bit of PB&J, and taste of chicken. It was so good. I look forward to coming back to try something else and grab a book to read as I munch!

Super cozy on the inside with a small bookstore in the corner. I love that the bookstore had an inclusive variety of books, including a section with differently abled protagonists. They also made a great cup of coffee and they had a small but nice seating section outside that was dog friendly. The waffle sandwich was mediocre and I feel like this item was overly priced, especially since the waffle isn’t hand made. I’d be willing to try again and would definitely come back to the bookstore or for another latte.

We got the chicken bacon ranch. It was pretty good. We also got the build your own turkey. It was pretty good. Very small portions though. The amount of meat is small. The waffle sandwich was so small, I was shocked when it wa handed to me and so disappointed. This place is definitely over priced. I want to support local businesses but the amount of food for the money, it’s just not worth it. It did have a cool atmosphere and friendly staff!!! This is a waffle split with maybe a half an egg and maybe a quarter piece of bacon for over 11 dollars.
