I don't usually go out of my way to leave negative reviews but it was just one thing after another today. We originally went here expecting to dine in, after a long wait we needed to go and decided to take it to go. That would've been the end of it but when we arrive home the double mushroom burger we ordered was completely replaced with a burnt single patty bacon burger. At this point I tried calling in to receive a refund for the mushroom burger which they couldn't provide without me driving in. The final straw that wrote this review was their disgusting tots. Do yourselves a favor and enjoy another fantastic restaurant at kingstowne.
I ordered the Bacon stack. It's false advertisement. The picture shows two separate layers of Bacon (before and after the patty). There were only TWO pieces of bacon on the burger. I added grilled onions but they were more on the raw side. Service : There's no clear Pick Up area. I was standing there and still overlooked/skipped and person who came in after me was assisted first even though I had been there waiting.
Never eating at smash burger again! My first time trying it because I had this weird pregnancy craving, and it disappointed me so much!! Not just was the food cold, soggy, and stale, and forgot items on my burger, but the lemonade was water down! The picture I added are two lids that were under my cup!! Just stock there as a souvenir or something. Gross!! Where did it come from?! I never even added a side of ranch or whatever that was!!!!
This was my first time at Smash Burger and it was awesome thanks to Anderson. He helped us with choices and gave spectacular service, from start to finish. Good selection of options and the bar was a surprise and it's stocked with Wine and Beer on Tap. Id recommend this one to anyone in the Kingstown area. Ask For Anderson!!!!!
I ordered the double all American smash and it was a good expected smash burger. Good value for a burger at $6.99. Service was quick. Atmosphere is casual and the place is clean. They also gave me free fries for the review which were crispy and warm
