Smashburger

We always have a good experience at smashburger in Dallas. While on a trip, tried this location. Very disappointed in the service. We ordered a LARGE smashfries to share and so did our other family members. First they forgot the order, we told them and one worker walks over to check our table I guess to make sure we didn’t lie. He confirmed it to the kitchen staff. We are used to a full tray for a large, they served us a regular size and we paid for a large. They claimed that it was a large they just added it to the tray. Don’t cheat paying customers!! If you want a good burger, it’s delicious. But service here is poor and they need to work on their manners from start to end. Too busy watching a football game to properly serve their customers.

I haven’t been to smashburger in a minute! Leo made us comfortable and heard:) he was very attentive and helpful:) our food was served nice and hot! The Colorado was delicious both my daughter and I spoke its praises! Thank you for being so close to us in pearland!

My first time, the cashier was super nice helping me the menu. No drive through so if you have the time come in and enjoy your burger. They also have other items on the menu if you’re not in the mood for a burger!

I was curious about this place, and honestly, I would go back to eat there again. The food was very flavorful, and the service was excellent. I had questions about one of the dishes, and they explained it to me kindly. I recommend it 10/10.

The greatest food and service on planet Earth! I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a gift idea, buy some gift cards to Smashburger! My whole family loves the food and the atmosphere at the Pearland location is wonderful. The staff are always polite and helpful. Harley is the absolute best! She makes the experience of taking the family out to eat so easy, fun, and relaxing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would :) Thank you Smashburger for making my family time enjoyable and for making the most delicious foods, and for hiring the most terrific people!
