Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

Perfect quick stop! We grabbed the Tailgate Special to feed the family. The chicken was 10/10—crispy and juicy. Just a heads up that the coleslaw, potato salad, and tea are all on the very sweet side. Good prices and much better than standard fast food for a long drive.

Great spot for BBQ and chicken tenders sandwiches. Banana pudding is kinda MID but they give a good sized portion.

I enjoyed the food here. Good portions and everything tasted good. The service was excellent. It took 3 minutes to get our food and we were able to take our soda with us in to go cup. The atmosphere was comfortable and quite and the place was clean.

First time eating here. Was traveling and wanted to try something else. The bbq didn't have a smokey flavor as I am use to the coleslaw and potato salad was decent. The bbq had a bland taste. The hushpuppies were delicious, probably the best part of the meal. The service was nice and polite.

Never been to this chain before. Didn't know it was a chain, didn't know it was a counter serve fast food style restaurant. Thought it was a sit down type. My very food fussy friend really liked their chicken sandwich. It was really plain with just a bun, two pieces of white chicken breast lightly breaded and that was it, no sauce or cheese or anything else, but he liked it that way. I got a pulled pork platter. The pulled pork was too spicy for me.
