Smoke'n Mirrors BBQ

Cody and I go way back, and my ratings for his BBQ aren’t out of friendship trust me! I remember when he started bbq and just like everyone that started bbq..after the food was cooked we ended up at a drive through lol! But man…has Cody’s BBQ gotten WAY better…I mean you can’t beat anything he has to offer. Very tender brisket and juicy pulled pork! Absolutely worth the stop and to support a local small business owner! Keep it up old man!

Great pitstop! Cashier was super nice. Got the pulled pork with beans and mac salad. Pork was well seasoned and smokey. Definitely recommend if you are nearby or passing through.

very thankful i went to Smoke’n Mirrors BBQ in Siebert, CO. during a trip i was taking. i was feeling hungry and decided to stop by because it was the closest restaurant that sounded good and more than happy that i did, the food is absolutely amazing and the staff is incredible. will definitely be going back next time im in the area but definitely recommend everyone to stop here if in the area and try the delicious BBQ they’re preparing’

Great no frills bbq and really friendly staff. The pork belly was amazing! Mac salad was a great side as well. Highly recommend as a pit stop if you’re passing by and hungry

this little no-frills hole in the wall is clearly a labor of love. the pulled pork was delicious without dramatic seasoning, smoky and perfectly salted. just be prepared to eat in your car, there aren’t any picnic tables (yet!). i hope highway travelers continue to stop here & help this home grown venture thrive
