Franco provides exceptional customer service catered to a client who’s in need of rapid service and who is with an appetite. Franco greets every customer that enters the restaurant, offers a hospitable correspondence with a splendid character and a desire to meet your requests. Franco is someone who’s attentive to detail, and provides a sense of care for the customer. I’ve enjoyed my service at this restaurant and will continue to spend my money here as the food quality is superb and the service is rapid. Well job from Franco. That man keeps good customers coming back but also bringing good business because he won mine. I hope he’s compensated even more for his exceptional effort. Impressive.

We had wonderful barbecue sandwiches. The sides were excellent. But had great barbecue sauces. And the cost for our meal with sides and drink was less than a combo at many hamburger joints. I thought it was a wonderful experience and very reasonable.

We ordered delivery and it was SO BAD. The brisket was indelible. It was all fat and it was chewy!! Paid $38 including delivery for ONE plate and couldn’t even eat the 2x portion of brisket.

Great brisket, great service and decent atmosphere. Guy up front very friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Had lunch special and will definitely go back.

I've been here a few times & have always enjoyed the food. Was looking forward to a good sliced brisket sandwich today & hate to say was very disappointed. Don't know if it was a case of the Mondays for em or they were running out of good brisket at 5pm but $9 for few slivers of brisket was just upsetting. May go back in a few weeks or try somewhere new. If you want brisket (sandwich or slices) beware Mondays around 5pm is not the time.
