Smoky Habanero Mexican Cuisine

Came in here for our last meal of 2025 and are so glad we did. We were greeted right as we walked in. This place is in a great location on 30th Street near other eateries, breweries, and bars. Once we sat down, we were provided with hot and fresh chips and salsa along with salsa for our burritos. I got the California Burrito with Carne Asada which did not disappoint…it hit the spot. The tortillas were delicious and fresh as well. My boyfriend got the Surf & Turf burrito, which he claimed was the best burrito he’s had in a long time. We were very impressed! There is plenty of space inside for seating, the only difficult task might be parking. This location has been open for about 3 months now and I’ll look forward to visiting again! Might have to come try their breakfast soon.

Really great place ! We tried a few different tacos. Their birra and fish tacos being the most delicious. Their portions are HUGE even the mini tacos were bigger than the Taco Stands regular tacos. And their prices are low. The warm chips and salsa were great and their hot green sauce was perfect, tortillas super fresh as was the guac. So glad to have this place in the neighborhood!

Everyone was super friendly, great service especially from Manny. The chips and salsa came out warm and tasted freshly made. The asada fries were soo good the meat was fresh and good flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had the fish taco and it completely exceeded expectations. The fish was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy coating, and the inside was tender and flavorful. Paired with fresh slaw, zesty lime, and a sauce that tied everything together beautifully, every bite had the perfect balance of crunch, freshness and spice. A definite must-try!
