This is the most welcoming and friendly place to bring your dog. Customer service and attention to detail are excellent! First time experiencing this type of venue. They offer mostly small plates, their chili is excellent served with sourdough bread! Their spanakopitas, crunchy and creamy! The dog treats an absolute delight. Good beer selection. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Julie and her team are the best of the best. As a Floridian, we make it a point to visit the Smoky Mountain Dog Bakery each time we visit our family in western NC just to stock up on new supplies for our pup. We just feel right at home shopping here. And the Smoky Mountain Dog Bar is a MUST if you bring your furry friend along. It's easy to support good people, and that's exactly what you get at Smoky Mountain!

We love supporting this bakery & their dog bar! Great pet store with a huge variety of all sorts of pet supplies & treats. Best part is that the dogs can sniff out the ones they want & taste test before purchasing. Super clean store, friendly & helpful staff. After shopping treat yourself to an adult beverage next door at their full liquor bar. They have a few snacks for the 2 legged, but mostly geared toward the 4-legged with a variety of treats, , bark beer, & pup cups for your furr-baby.

I'm not sure where anyone could find a better group of people! They offer an excellent variety of treats, toys, bones, harnesses, clothing for pets and their humans,etc. 😀 They know their stuff.

I always make a point to stop by Smoky Mountain Dog Bakery when I’m in Waynesville to stock up on treats and goodies for my pup. The staff is always so friendly and helpful — and my dog absolutely loves coming in, too! We picked up a life jacket and some doggles here, and here’s my pup enjoying a day on the boat in full adventure mode! 🐶🕶️⛵️ Thanks for always taking such great care of us!
