Smyrna City Public Works

Customer service staff for the water department are extremely aggressive, and I really emphasize the word extremely. This wasn’t a one time thing either. It happened on multiple occasions. I work in public service and if I ever treated tax payers like that I’d lose my job… property taxes are pretty steep here too, so I expected at a minimum to deal with someone who has manners, I don’t think your money gets you much here though.

Communication is so poor. They also leave the trash can wherever. 90% of the time I can’t pull into my own driveway because they’ve thrown it into that spot which is not where it was left for them

I can honestly say that the service we receive from the the City of Smyrna Public Works Department is simply the best! They are always smiling and my family sincerely appreciates their hard work in keeping Smyrna beautiful! Thank you!

Yeah they’re sanitation workers tear wheels off garbage cans and leave the wheels on the top and leave smh just crazy.

Anytime I call Smyrna Public Works I get to talk to the nicest people who always follow through on my request. It's great.
