Snappy Stop

This is a drive up hamburger joint. Good burger, but frozen patty. Not fresh hand patties. See picture of burger. No inside seating. Parking lot with garbage can between restaurant and main highway (see pics). Good value, but I don't agree with another review calling their burgers as good as Five Guys. Fries were AWESOME, super hot and crisp, not real greasy (see pics). Well worth the trip!!!

Here’s the deal.. There’s fast food, which nine times out of ten is disappointing at best, there’s chain restaurants.. most of which are in the same category… disappointing Then there’s independently run establishments that take pride in what they serve. This food comes out fast, fresh, hot, and delicious. Couple that with their extremely fair pricing. I can think of a few burger only joints that can’t compare quality wise, and their prices are almost double now. I know I’m biased, but I’ve also got a lot to compare it to. This place stands up with the top burger joints I have ever visited. The fries, I don’t know what they do, but they’re incredible. If you’re ever in the area, and looking for a drive through meal, or a fantastic burger in general swing through here, you will not be dissa

Drove by this and thought “why not” let’s give it a try! It was a good choice! I ordered “combo 2” which is a double burger, fries and a drink! Burger was cooked to order and was nice and warm! Solid 4/5 for the burger! Fries were fries type thing!

Well, best to not over expect here. The meat non-juicy, an out of the freezer grey meat patty and small in comparison to the bun. However, the sauce and lettuce and tomato’s made it actually quite good minus the unexciting meat patty. The fry’s were seriously the best I’ve ever had for a fast food restaurant, soft and potatoe (y). If they had a freshly cooked meat patty, it would create a long following for sure.

I’ve stayed away from snappy stop for the last 15 years because of what previous employees used to tell me back in HS. But I went to school with the owners son and he encouraged me to come try it for myself, so I brought the family last week and tried it for myself. They have a small menu but that’s a good thing, they focus on what they are known for. The employees were friendly, also the owner was friendly and working hard right along side his employees. The food itself was decent for the price. A good value for your dollar. Not the best burger I’ve ever had but it was good and a good size for the combo price. My only critique is the french fry portion could be bigger. Ordered a large and it looked like a small too me. Other than that I think the food offers good value food for a low cost
