About Snooze, an A.M. Eatery
Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol' griddle. We've found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they're best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down... More

Absolutely massive menu of breakfast you can find anywhere. All the different kind of Benedict you can chose from and more .. The pork belly Benedict is fantastic. You probably have to come back 10 times before you can try most of the key items on the menu. The pancakes are so good. The hot drinks are amazing. Can't say enough good things about this place. Service is very nice. A must try!
Perfection in Every Bite and Interaction Visited just after 7 AM. The mix of locals in pajamas and chatting tourists creates a warm, welcoming vibe. I was particularly impressed by their genuine attentiveness to families with small children. The seasonal pancake was a masterpiece of balance. The caramel-soaked stack, topped with coconut milk butter and crunchy pecans, was elevated by a brilliant pop of crispy orange peel. Service was top-notch—the staff were constantly circling to refresh coffee and ensure everyone was happy. It’s the gold standard for a morning meal.
Yes, Luis... our server... this Snooze in San Diego, IS better than the one in Scottsdale! 😆 Luis was great server, friendly efficient and really did serve! The food was very good. I really enjoyed the link sausage, and the pumpkin pancakes (cooked smaller upon request) were very good. We enjoyed them just wirh butter and the pumpkin flavor popped. Nice fresh eggs, cooked as ordered. We were in a bit of a time crunch and Luis brought the check when requested. Very nice experience, especially enhanced by Luis.
Tourist here. Staff was excellent. Shrimp and grits Muah. I was feeling a little down with the current turmoil in my state (minnesota). The stickers nd vibe made e want to move to San Diego. Great job everyone.
The pancake flight was absolutely the move. I am a pancake connoisseur so it was perfect to get three flavors. They were also smaller than normal sized, which was the perfect amount of food. The Snooze breakfast burrito was also incredible and massive! Definitely split this with someone or plan on taking it home for leftovers, unless you have room for an entire baby in your stomach.
