I am extremely disappointed by the customer service my children and I received from the owner of this local small business in my hometown. As a business owner myself, I take pride in how clients and customers are treated, and I can confidently say I would never speak to or handle any customer the way we and others were treated. We arrived around 7:30 PM to get some ice cream. From the moment we walked up to the window, the tone was hostile. My 12-year-old son was trying to place his order and asked me a quick question when the man behind the window rudely said “hurry up I don’t got all day”, even though there was no one else in line. That level of disrespect toward a child is unacceptable. Throughout the visit, the attitude from the owner remained rude, dismissive, and honestly came off as

We LOVE Snyder’s ice cream! Have been going there for years with my family. Excellent service and staff is always welcoming and polite. Their soft serve peanut butter ice cream is our favorite flavor when they have it, try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I've been here many times always have different and unique soft serve flavors, it's just good old school ice-cream and you definitely get your money's worth

We love their ice cream. The staff are always friendly. We go there at least once a week, all season long, and have never been disappointed.
