I have been buying Acai bowls and coconut bowls for about two years. Always picked them up. Yesterday I ordered through Uber Eats. The bowls were not the same at all. The acai was at the bottom, overly sweet and too much. Granola was so scarce, so I added my own. I also ordered the coconut bowl. The consistency of the coconut was thin. I called today and asked if they changed the recipe. The fruit was fresh, but the rest of the ingredients ruined the bowl. The girl on the phone said nope we didn't change the recipe. I believe what I may have received was the nut free version, because there weren't, and the granola was just plain. The girl simply said sorry I will not be buying from there anymore. When I first purchased, they always asked if I had nut allergy, which I thought was very nic

Worst experience ever. They were rude because it’s the first time I get Nutella on a bowl and she said in a snarky tone that there’s in the middle. On top of that my bowl came with exactly 3 blueberries.. and it was half full, how is it 13$ for a scoop that doesn’t even fill the bowl n a few fruits?

Bowl was good. Just be careful, doesn’t say anywhere that it contained tree nuts for those who have allergies. Almonds and cashews in the granola. Had an allergic reaction.

Not only do you receive 3 tablespoons of açaí, your bowl will be packed with granola. I ordered an AÇAÍ bowel…. Not a granola bowel and was very disappointed. I also do not like the açaí taste here, it has a slight bitter aftertaste. I recommend Playa Bowel, they have much better açaí then this place.
