Sofia's Taqueria Old Bridge

I stopped for lunch and got the Quesadilla with a side of cheese fondu. It has to be one of the best Quesadillas I have had. The mix of flavors plus the dip was a mouthful of flavor explosion and to top it off they have their own sauces. Sofia Green, Chipotle Mango and last but not least Pineapple Habanero. Each with a very unique taste and changing my bite every time was surprising yet not too hot. Definitely worth a stop if you are too far away.

First time at restaurant. Ordered the bean and corn burrito and asked to add veggies. There was a slight up charge but worth every penny as It was delicious. My husband ordered the lunch shrimp tacos, equally delicious. For dessert shared the fried ice cream with decaf tea for me. Dessert was fabulous and tea piping hot, just the way I love it. Servers were friendly and professional. Shout out to Otoniel. Food presentation was beautiful and atmosphere was lovely with cloth napkins and nice quality flatware. Will definitely be back.

Very good food and atmosphere. Dinged by one star because we wanted to sit in the comfortable booths which many were empty in the other side of the restaurant but they didn’t let us sit there, just the regular chairs.

How do I give 10 stars for each category instead of just 5? Everything was delicious and amazing and the food arrived at our table in no time at all!!! Definitely a fan and making it our regular spot to go!

The food was average with the service being a little bland. The only thing that i can say stood out was the strawberry mint lemonade. Everything else was subpar. The manager on hand patrolled the establishment like a store not like a restaurant. She should try to be a little bit more welcoming and interactive with the clients. I don’t think that she notices what she’s doing. Overall it was a ok experience, I probably wouldn’t go back. I can get a better bang for my buck somewhere else.
