Soleil Bakery at Shady Oaks

Soleil made a gluten free/dairy free cake for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding! Not only was it beautiful but it was delicious too! If you are anywhere in Central Florida and have a need for bakery items that meet your dietary needs, I highly recommend stopping by this bakery. They will welcome you with open arms and be just as excited as you are that you can eat yummy baked goods too! I’d give them a thousand stars if I could!

So wonderful to have a dedicated gluten free bakery. And some vegan items too! The staff is super nice. I can't wait to try everything that I bought: sour dough bread (16$!), cheesecake and choc coffee cake. I ate the chocolate cupcake with the white frosting and it was so delicious! The three desserts came to 22$. A little pricey, but if they are delicious like the cupcake was, it'll be totally worth it!

As someone who struggles with severe reactions & allergies to most ingredients, I was frantically searching for a place who was able to make an allergen friendly cake for our wedding. We contacted Soleil Bakery and they were incredible. Not only did they work with us promptly, listened to every detail, and delivered exactly what we asked for; they did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding cake. Our guests couldn’t believe it met all of their dietary needs while still being so delicious and absolutely beautiful. Their communication was super fast and clear, and the turnaround time was unbelievably quick. Soleil Bakery exceeded every expectation and made a cake that was truly special to us. Highly recommend! Beautiful ambience, beautiful vibe, friendly service with a smile. The desserts are so delicious, especially the Tres Leche 😋... keto and sugar free options, they cater to people with allergies as well. Love this place. ✨️💓

This place is amazing! So many options for gluten free, vegan, soy free, etc. - they even had a no refined sugar option. Gabby was great! She thought to ask if we needed any other allergy accommodations, warmed up the desserts that we ate in store, and expertly handled a few picky customers while we were there. We drove two hours to try Soleil and will definitely be back!
