Sombrero Mexican Food

Sombrero Restaurant has officially become one of my favorite spots in Spring Valley, and the reason starts with one person, William. I have never seen customer service delivered with the level of care, energy, and professionalism that he brings. He goes above and beyond from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. William does not just take your order, he pays attention, anticipates what you need, checks in at the perfect times, and makes you feel like a valued guest every visit. He remembers faces, he gives honest recommendations, and he genuinely wants you to have the best possible experience. That type of service is rare. I've been going to this shop for over 5 years now. The food is always good....hot and fresh. The folks in front are usually kind and helpful, but occasionally they can be in a bad mood and easily short tempered if you are not 100% ready with your order, even when there is no line waiting behind you. The dining area is always clean. The dining area is very small and they have 2 tv sets in it, & they sometimes have very loud music playing. For these reasons I never eat there, I just get my orders to go.

Always delicious! This was my first time ordering a tamale from Sombreros. It had great flavor all throughout and it was really really good - not dry or clumpy I give it 9.5/10!!! Will have to get more soon!!

Sombreros always hits, and this location is always clean, friendly and quick! Even when they are busy, I’ve never had to wait too long for my food. Definitely love living nearby to them :)

Very clean and neat inside, plenty of seating room if you want to sit down there and eat. Service is quick food is really good it's not my my third time being there any more, this month alone about four times. My family loves it. A friend told me about Sombrero's that was it for me. Delicious! delicious! delicious!
