The service was great overall, good food, and great service. However alejandro stood out and takes control. Alejandro’s customer service was very good because he immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. He spoke clearly and respectfully, making sure he understood exactly what I needed. Instead of rushing me, he took his time and showed patience, which made the experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. He also paid close attention to details. When I had questions about the products, he explained everything thoroughly and gave helpful recommendations. I order the birria tacos and the elote. although the food is not bad in itself, i was extremely underwhelmed. The tacos have little meat and the consome was bland. they didnt send any salsa verde o salsa roja and i was definitely missing flavor on this. I didnt hate it but it was not my favorite either. The elote was ok. I like the incentive of the points if you order directly from their website, but the Ridgewood location needs to up the flavor.

A perfect casual spot for some tacos! Tucked into the Ridgewood incredible downtown, I think this place goes unseen to most. The food was very reasonably priced and it tastes great! I ate in, but it would be great for take-out as well.

Had just finished a wine and paint session with my family nearby and stumbled upon this spot right after. What a great find. The location is awesome and the tacos were super authentic. I had the birria tacos with corn and they were packed with flavor. The hot sauce was also on point. My family ordered a mix of other dishes and everyone was really happy with their food. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Not only did I call the store within a minute of ordering to cancel my order but I was given the phone number to their web ordering site and did so immediately. I was told my order was canceled and would be refunded. I have that message saved to confirm with my bank. I have had multiple issues with this store and this WILL be the LAST time I order from them!!!! The address was incorrect and could not be corrected so I hope someone else enjoyed my lunch!
