There is a Culver’s right across the street, go there instead. Please don’t go here unless you hate yourself! Undoubtedly my worst fast food experience of all time. Ordered through the app, and waited over 25minutes past when my order was supposed to be completed. All 3 of my burgers were made incorrectly. Everything felt lukewarm and/or melted. They apologized for the wait and told me there were coupons in the bag. There weren’t any, which was just the cherry on top. Only could see 4 employees in the building, it is definitely a problem with the owners of this location. Don’t go here unless you want to deal with the hassle of getting a refund or doing a chargeback!

Traveling down 75 stopped here for dinner. Pulled into the stall to order. Because we are driving didn't want to get out And go in anywhere. we were ask to come through the drive through. Coming into the driver-thu, we were informed. There would be no ice in our drinks. So I changed my mind and tried for milkshake strawberry, then I was informed. They had no strawberry for their milkshake. We ordered our food. Got a chili cheese, hot dog & a number five parked to eat our food. Everything was cold cheese was not melted hotdog looked like he had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Came back around through the drive through and asked for a refund for our dinner. Absolutely horrible! We made an online order while on our way from South Toledo to the restaurant in Rossford, when we completed it, their website said it would be ready in 5 minutes. When we arrived we followed the instructions, went to a stall, we chose stall 5, pressed the call button and waited for 12 minutes and was never answered. We then chose to go to the drive thru line, and still had to wait another 10 before the ordering board responded to a car 2 spots ahead of us. There is a number that we saw that we could call and we did but then it told us that nobody was available to answer and we had to leave a voicemail. Went there to get ice cream and a slushy. My son wanted chocolate ice cream with gummy worms. They said sorry we are out of chocolate ice cream. So he decided on vanilla. Oh sorry actually the ice cream machine is down. Um... OK. We will take 2 slushies with nerds. OH our slushy machine is down. Apparently nothing works in this place.

Pulled up to kiosk and hit the red button to order, but nobody attended for at least 10 minutes. Went to the drive through instead, only to wait another 10 minutes. I asked for ample amounts of ketchup and they didn’t give any. Upon asking for some after they handed me my bag, I was only given 4. Now for the food - my meal was dry because of the lack of ketchup given. The tater tots seemed old. The sauce on the smashburger was flavorless. My lime coke was too acidic and overpowering. I was forced to eat tums for dessert after this crummy experience. The worst part? I was so excited to eat Sonic after Black Friday shopping, only for my experience to shadow the day. I don’t plan on returning to this location any time soon.
