Sonic Drive-In

About a month ago my husband ordered almost $20 worth of food for dinner at the screen and paid for it. Some girl came out and said it didn’t go through even though he got confirmation on our bank account AND the screen, and showed her. Nobody working there would do the decent thing and insisted on running our card twice - so we got charged twice. When my husband complained about it to someone they insisted he had to go through their corporate to get anything done - would NOT just make his order the same way and give to him free of charge. So my husband went through all the hoops to get this straightened out and after 3 weeks nothing was done even by corporate. They simply said the manager of this joint would contact him and they never did. So after all that time corporate had to call the

Very fast service. Sonic blast was good but not as good as other Sonics we've been to. All the Reese's were on the top and none from the middle to the bottom. Better blended at other Sonics. Went at wrong time as they were out of Heath . Will give them another try. Now know to check and if necessary, mix blast myself.

Ordered online. I had to call to see where my order was, it said the person was coming but then it didn’t so I wasn’t sure if they lost my order. The food and drinks came out and we got a frosted flamingo (sprite, cherry, vanilla, cream) and a cherry limeade. One of the drinks he handed me was green- I told him I wasn’t sure this was ours since both of our drinks was supposed to be pink. He told me that the flamingo drink was green. I showed him the picture of the menu online and he took it back. Finally got something- no telling what it is.

I thought I'd try a iced coffee from here and it wasn't the best to be honest. I like their hotdogs though. Maybe just stick more to food than coffee I guess

The food is really good, however the Moulton, Lawrence County Alabama one is the slowest i have ever been to, I sat at the drive through windows after placing my order for 31 minutes then I pulled in one night right at closing and they wouldn't even sell me a cup of ice... management hire some people that care...
