Sonic Drive-In

Everything always is and has been great. I had a problem unlocking my debit card at the drive thru window and the manager who was working on my order was very understanding. Pleasant, helpful and understanding. BIG SHOUT OUT TO HIM!! Thank you!

My family frequently visits this establishment. We placed an order via the drive-thru, but had to repeat it twice due to the speaker's poor audio quality and the staff's rapid speech. After submitting my order, it was prepared quickly, which was unusual. However, upon inspecting the bag, I discovered the order was incorrect. I notified the staff, and they promptly brought out the corrected order. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, the food was cold, despite the outside temperature being 92 degrees. Additionally, the order was missing cheese and pickles. My burger was also incorrect and not fresh, and my son's meal was similarly unsatisfactory. We spent nearly $30. When I requested fresh food, I should have inspected it again before leaving.

Never got to order food. I was on my motorcycle, but they would never answer the drive thru. I drove to window and young, heavier black lady said it didnt go off. That id need to park in a stall. Well should could have taken my order, but didnt. I wouldn't pull in stall cause the oil stains are bad here and dont want that on my front tire of a motorcycle. WONT EVER GO BACK HERE. poorly run by manager

Since it’s right by our work, we give it chances out of convenience, but it’s consistently disappointing. Orders are often wrong, drinks are sloppy, and the drive-thru speaker barely works half the time. Card readers frequently malfunction, so carhops take your card inside, and last visit, mine was left on the counter unattended and wasnt returned until I left my vehiclewent to the door and demanded my card be returned. When I asked about it, the hop just giggled said hed have to go find it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The food I ordered this afternoon tasted not good. I didn’t even like the original cold brew coffee. Everything tasted off, even the fries. They were over cooked like reheat and the burger looked like leftover reused. This is the worst Sonic food I’ve ever gotten. I sure will not be back soon. No free anything would help. I would like my money back in fact. Only could eat half the burger cause I was so hungry but threw all away including the receipt. I had asked the runner if I could get a sweet tea instead of the coffee. Then 15 mins later I was still waiting because he was busy. He was, very focused and busy but with a dr’s bedside manner.
