I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately today’s order was disappointing. The breakfast burrito I received should not have been served in its condition. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve quality control so future customers have a better experience.
I stopped by Sonic this evening and placed an app order, but the app didn’t have the option for cream slushes. No problem — I ordered through the app anyway, then pulled into a stall and pressed the button to add a large Strawberry Cream Slush. The carhop told me my total was $5.96, so I paid with my card and added a $2.04 tip to round it to $8.00. He brought out both my app order and the cream slush, apologized for the wait (which wasn’t a big deal), but then told me my payment hadn’t gone through. I asked him to double-check because I didn’t want to be charged twice. He went back in, checked again, and said it still didn’t go through. He was new, so he brought out his manager, Annie, who assured me I wasn’t double charged. Later, I checked my bank account and found three separate charg
They got my order wrong and gave me old lettuce that was brown. How do you mess up a hamburger?! Worker came out from behind the dumpster while I was sitting there. That might have something to do with it. Won't be back.
Ordered a cheeseburger and paid EXTRA for bacon. This is what I got. Literal crumbs lol
If you enjoy waiting for a very long time for a simple order this place is perfect I have literally been waiting 15 minutes for a simple order this is crazy
