Sonic Drive-In

I placed a small mobile order of mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 6:05 pm. I got there a couple minutes before and checked in. While waiting the screen changed about 6:10 saying Skilar was headed my way with my order. 6:15 came around and no one had come. I pressed the red button and it said red button activated. Then a minute later it went back to the beginning so I pressed it again. It said red button activated and then immediately went back to the beginning. So I called and apparently my order was given to someone else. It took about 8 minutes or more to remake my order and get it to me. Staff wasn't too friendly about their mistake either.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. The man taking my order was unbelievably rude from the start. I asked for a Real Fruit Lemon Berry Slush — which they very clearly do carry — and he insisted they had “no real lemon” and “only crushed strawberry.” I explained that the drink is literally made with lemon and strawberry, and that I didn’t want any lemonade syrup, just the regular Real Fruit Slush ingredients. Instead of listening or trying to understand, he abruptly ended my order. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. If a customer asks a simple question about a menu item you clearly have, the last thing they should get is attitude. This experience was rude, frustrating, and honestly enough to make me not want to return

There's something so unappealing and unappetizing about getting your food handed to you out of a dirty dirty window. Carhops seemed over worked but doing their best. I saw one young man running taking orders to cars. My drink was just fine. My child's burger was crumbly ?! I have never seen a burger look/made like this ! The meat was like boiled and then crumbled all up on the bun.why didnt they toss that out and put a whole patty on the bun ? I threw it out the window while driving so the birds could eat it ( if they would). This place sits right off of the hiway. Can be tricky getting out of here because of the fast traffic so be careful. Sonic food is usually good. Not sure what's going on at this location. If you want a Sonic burger,dont go here. Find another one. Or just get a drink a

Service is good. Food is alright. Kind of disappointed with Chicken tenders i had. like it fried for so long or fried multiple times cause when I bit it's hard to bite but chicken meat is fine. Onion rings are not good. It tastes like batter more than onions. At least sandwich and milkshakes are goooooood.

First time inside a Sonic, when i opened the door, i thought perhaps i was entering the kitchen !! Turns out there 5 tables you can sit at right inside the door. Jeannie the manager probably sensed i was a noob, asked me if everything was OK or is there was anything else i wanted, that was her first mistake, i collect refrigerator magnets, nope, free t-shirts? Nope :) good thing they have such friendly staff and great burgers, be back here soon :) going to bump them up a star because Jeanie was so nice :)
