Sonic Drive-In

Always THE WORST service. I consistently try and avoid this location because of the lack of care given by the workers. Always takes so long to get even the simplest order, and the workers are so rude. They act like it is such an inconvenience to serve me 2 drinks. I don't think I have ever had a good interaction here. The workers would rather sit on their phones than serve food. Avoid this location at all costs if you can.

My visit was not good. I asked hot from the broiler meet to the person who took my order, and when I came to the window, the cashier told me the meet was fresh. I asked her again if it was just cooked from the broiler, and she said yes. After I got my order, I checked my sandwich (burger), and the meet was not even warm. I'm not happy with the service they gave to the customers. We are paying for the food;we are not asking for free food.

This is the 3rd time this Sonic has ignored my customized order. I am allergic to tomatoes, ketchup, and pickles, and I clearly remove these items every time I order. Yet my food keeps coming out with them anyway. This is not a small mistake it’s dangerous. Someone with a severe allergy could die because the staff isn’t paying attention to order modifications. The owner or management needs to get this under control immediately. I would strongly warn anyone with food allergies to avoid this location.

Drive thru was difficult to drive through. Literally heard the workers talking crap about the customers through the speaker. We do that to at my job but not with a hot mic or in customer view. It’s also more expensive than In-n-out. I can’t support a business running like this. And part of the reason that employee stopped caring is because of bad pay or bad management. Either way it’s an absolute fail from every single corner.

They always have a terrible attitude every time I come here. Maybe hire people that actually want to give good service. I always order grilled cheese and it's hit or miss. Spent 33$ for 3 sandwiches with cheese and bread, it's supposed to be a grilled cheese. Do better.
