Sonic Drive-In

The atmosphere was kind of off, And maybe it's just today. I do love the Sonic, and I just pulled up for a shake and I know that they're busy I've been there and I've done that. But they've had me waiting over 20 minutes and they bring me a shake that is no longer a shake, it has now became milk at this point The cherry couldn't even stand lol 😆 point being is there seem to be lack of staff w very few car hops available, that seem to be picking up a lot of extra slack to make sure to deliver all the food with all the customers at one time. She did go all the way back inside remake me an entire shake and brought it out And it was too perfection so I give her that!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Sonic. The service was painfully slow, with no sense of urgency from the staff. To make matters worse, I observed employees playing around in the parking lot instead of focusing on their duties. They were completely inattentive to customers, and it showed in the lack of service provided. After waiting far too long, my food was never brought out. Ultimately, I decided to leave, despite having already paid, because the wait was unbearable. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Avoid this plate if you value your time and money.

Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Took forever then got nothing but attitude. Even tossed the mints to the ground. I threw the food in the garbage at McDonald's where I was treated like a human.

I ordered a small blast, and from the time I checked in at a stall to the time I actually got my food, twenty minutes had passed. There was three other cars there, why did it take 20 minutes to make a small blast

WENT TO SONIC 2 days ago.saw I was pressure for time cause it was over 15 just trying to get drinks.. I ask for a refund and they gave a reprinted receipt that show cash which I paid for it with a card.. Never got money carhop blame manger manger left just sad to take customer money.. got another after telling them it said cash but still no money or nothing on card.. I have names on receipt but they need they jobs just remember GOD AINT SLEEP..
