Sonic Drive-In

The food has GREATLY improved in the evenings/nights the last few months. Burgers are fresh, full of flavor, and made to specifications. Whatever you guys are doing, is working! It's been wonderful to eat there.

Burgers are made sloppy and wraps arent even wrapped or filled correctly. The wait time, even ordering ahead is the same or worse than ordering in person. I ordered an order for asap with 7 minutes before I checked in and waited another 10. Ridiculous. They have 4 cars parked in their stalls.

They got the order correct but skimped on the chili and cheese on the footling cheese coney. Also, I usually leave off any lettuce and tomato on any sandwich from a fast food joint because the lettuce is getting brown and the tomatoes, well, let's just say they aren't ripe. I forgot to say no lettuce and no tomato on my crispy chicken sandwich. I added pics of the lettuce and tomato. Yuck on that lettuce. And the tomatoes, y'all call these tomato slices?! Service was good, car hop was friendly. I didn't wait for them to take my order, so they get two stars. The quality of the food was just under par. Oh, and to the Owner, your link to submit more info doesn't work.

I feel like they could have done a better job on my breakfast burrito but it was falling apart and cold. I have eaten at this location before and it has been fantastic! I feel like the morning crew though Good do a little bit of a better job with food items being fresh. Customer service is always great! Always room to improve!

Made a mobile pickup for my family and drove it all back home 15 minutes away to find out my bacon double cheeseburger was made wrong and had about a cup of mayonnaise on it. (Requested no mayo, no pickles, no onions. Too easy.) Called and they said come back and we will fix it. Drove all the way back and had to wait another 15 minutes for my replacement burger. The second burger came with about a half cup of onions, and a few crumbs of bacon which amounts to maybe half of a single slice. The meat wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese even in the 15 minutes it sat wrapped in foil in the bag. And there was maybe a pinch of lettuce....
