Sonic Drive-In

Not sure if they were just understaffed or just shorthanded the other night but a woman named Candy seemed to be the only person running all of service. There were 2 cars in drivethru and at least 3 parked and she seemed to be taking and packing all of the orders. Despite this, I still got my food super quick with a smile and it was fresh. She is an amazing worker with awesome customer service!! Thank you Candy!

I come to Sonic for the in app deals. Today, I got a free medium Tots via the Teachers Deal. I enjoyed my tots. They were hot and crispy. I also ordered a 79 cent Slushy. Sonic is always good on a warm Louisiana day.

Saturday my husband and I were placing an order around 10 pm. We just wanted some cherry limeade! Tell me WHY we had to go through the lengthly process of creating an account, dealing with the coupon bs, making our order, only to be told the kitchen is closed, yet y'all weren't closing until 2 am. 😑 Close when the kitchen closes maybe???

My food was not done. They tried to jack me out of my money. My food was $20. They tried to charge me 35. They need to learn how to do math and go back to school.

Y’all need to take these kids out of these fast food restaurants.the service was VERY SLOW. I order a large fried pickle PAID FOR IT pulled forward and waited in line for 15-25 minutes for me to get to the window and they tell me there out of what I ordered and if I would like to get something else. Order 1 large fry took another 10-15 minutes. These kids don't take there job seriously. Everyone is just standing around like a turtle on a log, dressed like there at there house.
