Sonic Drive-In

Went to Sonic tonight because I was too tired to cook after working all day and then packing for a move. This was our second night in a row. The first night was fine, went through the drive thru, the employees that helped were nice, and had all our food when we got home. The second night (tonight) we decided to eat there so we could eat the food fresh. We ordered $50 worth. When I noticed we were missing a burger, I notified the cashier. The next thing I know this manager is walking out to my car very aggressively and basically stood there and told me I was lying. I've never had management be so unprofessional in my life and I'm in my 50's. Unfortunately we will never go back to that Sonic. I’ve been there like 4 or 5 times and it was all good until the last two times I went; where I would order something specifically advertised and the person taking my order would ring up their own concoction and then that’s what was given to me. And when I corrected them about it each time, I specified - no, I wanted ‘said drink’ they would say thats what the drink is, and then repeated to me that I was wrong. So I responded to them, no, I asked for this and you gave me ‘said drink they gave me’ which is not only on the receipt but it’s visible in my hands that this is not it. And both times they tried to justify to me that the drink that I ordered was correct it’s just ‘the way they ring it up’ they both told me. This isn’t about the experience. My food was mediocre at best BUT the service was great. You need to give Jesus a raise because he works his butt off back there. He is a fantastic employee and my kids liked him a lot. Also their toy was magnets that were characters?? We have them on our fridge though. Thanks Sonic, my family of 5 loves you guys

Monday (Christmas week) According to the info on this site, they are supposed to open at 8:00 AM… This information is incorrect. There’s no one here at all. Tried to call and call was ended immediately. Going somewhere else… Be nice when McDonald’s opens across the way.

I mean, it’s sonic so the menu is what it is. Which is great. Could be a little quicker when it comes to simple drink orders through the app.
