Sonic Drive-In

UPDATE: Went back tje next day and they redid my order. Forgot to get the managers name. But. He was very nice and understanding and the food was fresh and delicious. So, i think the people the day before just werent having a good day. I ordered my food through the app. I got a kids corn dog mean and a double smasher burger meal. Both were gross. Smasher mean was dry and the buns burnt. Asked for mayo + ketchup, they just put Hella mayo on it instead. The kids corn dog and the fries were literally overcooked or probably just old. Because I could barely bite them myself. I was wondering why she didn't eat the fries. The corndog was literally so small and sad. I get it's for kids but goodness. Do better. Because the only thing worth it in what I bought was just the drinks. That's it. Just n

Pulled into a stall, pushed the button. Waited 15 minutes. Pulled out, went to the drive thru. 2 employees were behind the building amidst a mess of boxes, and just chatting away... After being told their slush machine was down. And they didn't have something else on the menu, decided to go elsewhere. After 2 or 3 denials of requests...I was don't. They need to fix their equipment. Or hire people that can handle the headsets and switch from stalls to drive thru. Smh. 1 star, and lucky they got that!

The service here is terrible. We placed an order online and waited 25 minutes but never got the order. Went inside to talk to them and they were not cooking anything. 3 employees were doing nothing. There were a lot of customers but no one was working at all. One girl said that the 2 others had just taken a break. It was lunchtime. I asked for a refund which I never received. On the app they just completed my order as if I had picked it up. Don’t go here! You will NOT get your food! No one will help you!

Heed these reviews. Avoid this business. You'll waste an unacceptable amount of time waiting for food that will be very disappointing. Sun. 12:50AM. I waited 20 mins for them to clear the four cars in front of me. When I finally pulled up to the pickup window, I was the lone customer in line. Despite this, I waited another five mins for a chicken sandwich and a milkshake. The chicken sandwich was tough and unappetizing. The patty appeared gaunt as if it had been sitting for ages and the buns were lifelessly flat. Regrettably, I was forced to dispose of it after a mere two bites. One may assume with wait times this long the food would at least be made fresh, but it's simply not the truth of the matter. I'm completely nonplussed by the level of incompetence displayed within this restaur

Definitely not open 24 hours, at least for anybody that goes to the drive through expecting to order something, you'll get absolutely no service.Even if somebody's there , they will state that they are closed
