Sonic Drive-In

Super frustrating experience here today. We placed a mobile order at 2:45, it popped up on the screen and after a couple minutes it said our carhop was on their way. A little while goes by and we press the button at 2:53 just to check on the order, the girl who answered the speaker was super short and dismissive. Said they JUST got our order and it takes 5 minutes to cook our corn dog we ordered and it’ll be out when it’s ready. We didn’t get our order until 3:02. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I understand people can have off days, but once we got our food you could tell most of it was old. One star is far too generous for the two-hour ordeal I just experienced. What started as a simple delivery order with a 29-minute estimate turned into a complete disaster when, after an hour of watching the driver wait, my order was abruptly canceled. I drove to the location myself only to be told the stalls were "closed"—forcing me into the drive-thru—even though other customers were clearly being served at the stalls and it wasn't even 7:00 PM. To make matters worse, the drive-thru successfully completed the exact same "impossible" order that was canceled online, yet they still managed to forget the dipping sauces I specifically requested. From blatant misinformation about their facilities to a total failure in delivery and basic order accuracy, this was an incredibly frustrating waste o

I want to be fair this was my third time at this location. I've always given evert other establishment 5 stars and was a fan this one has been one star my last two visits. This time its 3 which I did see improvement. The staff was very nice. Which is a plus this time. The bays were open with needed repairs but open another plus. Food was decent not great but decent so I think improvement is being made. Will try again and see. Thanks for opening bays and hiring kinder people.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE..... I waited for 30 mins!!! Just for smashed cold food and liquid shakes WITH NO CHERRIES.... the only good thing about it is was able to see Ariana Grande she gave me my food.. smh the once famous stars need to work in fast food chains just to survive in this economy... they suck!! At it. 000000 stars if I could! UPDATE!: I am now in the HOSPITAL with food poisoning!!! I feel so sick and nauseous. I also contracted SYPHILIS AND HERPES.. not related to sonic.. but still a disgrace to this once amazing fast food chain.

This Sonic location is in pretty rough shape, with the menu boards being in bad repair, speakers not functioning properly or just being broken. Overall the property was fairly dirty. We tried their new smash burger and it was excessively salty, actually everything was overly salted. The only good part of the experience was the staff, they were friendly and corrected mistakes on our order with a smile. The mistakes not being their fault but the fault of the broken down menu board speakers.
