Only thing that was good is food but a girl walked in with a dog and employees let her stay and started petting on the dog

Ordered on the app, and then checked in once I pulled in. I ordered a fry, three burgers, and some chicken bites, along with a slushee, and the berry cream drink. I waited about 10 mins before the food came. The slushee was completely melted, the groovy fries were overcooked and cold, so they had been sitting for awhile. I requested sauces, and only got half of them. And I had also requested a drink carrier which I did not get. No napkins as well. Very very poor service.

I have been told this sonic three times and I have had quality service only once. The other two times I was told to "wait, please", after five minutes I asked if our order was going to be taken and I was told "I'm sorry for the wait, but it will be a few minutes more of a wait" when I asked to speak to the manager about the wait time just to take the order I was told "we're really overwhelmed and understaffed with new people" no attempt or offer to keep me as a customer. I apologized for taking up their time and said I would go elsewhere. They said "ok, goodbye " I will no longer frequent this sonic in the future

Order kids' meals, and he always gets just meat and cheese, with no bread or condiments. They put a fully loaded burger everything on it. His mom had to scrape it all off. Ordered fries and got a mix of tater Tots and fries.

My partner and I have been to this sonic 15 or so times in the last year since moving here. This simply has to be the worst Sonic we’ve ever been to, we both have always loved sonic because the quality is a bit better and who doesn’t love great ice cream. Here is a list of issues with this location- Service is outrageously slow, even when you order on the app, food quality is very low and made me sick the last time I ordered it, their ice creams are never mixed. The too 1/8 has the advertised ingredients and the remaining ice cream is plain white ice cream. Its sad to say but the next time my wife and I are debating what food we should go get, sonic wont be in the conversation. Hopefully it improves here, we love Sonic.
