Sonic Drive-In

Tried the creamy mustard tender wrap tonight and the chicken was completely raw! This is dangerous and completely unnecessary. Three employees were sitting outside at the tables smoking, talking loud and cussing at each other.

Food was so so. Barely warm yet overcooked. Fries and tater tots overcooked almost to being burnt. Chicken strips were same size as their chicken nuggets! Child’s chicken strips contained two “strips” that were very small (see enclosed pictures)

Sonic has really upped their game! I wasn't ready when he came to the speaker but he was patient with me and very kind! The girl introduced herself when she came to my door and was very pleasant and sweet! I ALWAYS ask for extra real cherries in my cherry limeade and they ALWAYS forget. But not today! I had a ton of extra cherries! A+++ customer service!!! I'll definitely be back soon 🩷

usually have a great experience and get the same thing every time. the crispy chicken sandwich is my favorite!! tonight, i got a very burnt and black piece of chicken. okay, no worries it’s just a mistake. i ask them if they can please remake it and even they looked at it and said “yeah im so sorry that’s hard as a rock”. i work in fast food so i understand its late and things happen sometimes. i get my SECOND chicken sandwich to bite into it and this one is harder than the first one!! it’s super thin, and was cooked so long that theres barely any chicken in it anymore. didn’t get a refund cause it was so late and i just wanted to get home, today was my only day off and i wanted to treat myself after shopping all day for necessities, took the chicken out and ate the bread because i was sta

Had my lady to pick me up something quick for lunch at work. And this what was brought to me. The new Dill Burger with mold on the bread. Not cool at all.
