The lady who brought my food out was so nice and cheerful! You don't find many employees like that these days. She was awesome! Thank you! My order was accurate, hot and delicious!

somewhat speedy service but this location always seems to get my order wrong. there’s no way to report it in the app, so i’m often stuck paying for the wrong item. workers seem to be trying their best though

Ever been stuck somewhere and think you could grow and doe while you waited? ThisnSonic is the epitome of "where the crap is everyone?" I've ordered a drink and a burger, waited for 20 minutes and left due to inaction. I've stood for 15 minutes waiting for a doordash order... "Dont be a jerk, they're probably busy..." nope. No one here but incompetence.

Placed an order online. Food had small bugs in the package when opened. Lettuce tasted old. Overall terrible food. Only thing we received that was good as the sundea and shake. Smashburger, bacon cheeseburger, chili cheese tots, all absolutely terrible. Worst experience at Sonic I have ever had. 40 dollars in the trash.Will not go back.

I placed a order in the app for for two "jumbo" popcorn chickens, two limeaids with EXTRA real fruit. Here's the "jumbo" chicken...it was bread crumbs, two pieces were even edible, the rest crunchy crumbs. That's two orders of jumbo chicken beside a dime and a quarter for perspective. There's nothing jumbo about that popcorn chicken at all. Our two limeads with extra cherries had no cherries and no lime, as you see from the picture there was no fruit in it. Very disappointed with this Sonic, not to mention it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time they brought it out.
