Sonic Drive-In

My fries had been cooked awhile, grilled cheese extra cheesy, almost like squeeze cheese. Oreo milkshake had maybe one Oreo in the bottom of the cup, not blended in the milkshake. Just overall not that great. Sorry!

Tell me why, when I ordered two QB DBL CH that these cooks gave me only vegetation in a fry box. Then when I came back to fix it they gave me two fry boxes with just a burnt patty and cheese in there. Tell me why it took damn near 2 hours to get the correct order. And they got this poor carhop boy doing everybody's jobs. Did all my old coworkers quit? I swear this type of service never happened while I was a carhop. (Solely the fault of the cooks, no carhops or headsetters were offending parties in this situation.)

The morning shift girl is so rude. The afternoon boy. Rude. Some people there are great! But those 2 upset me to the point I don’t want to come back and go every day. They need to do better.

Tots were so hard you couldn't eat them, bacon was burnt to crisp and was old.. I'm done with this one place. South Pittsburgh is much better... Update: Gave them another chance and thats the last damn time... its impossible to get a fresh hot burger from that place...Absolutely disgusting

Sonic on the whole is a fairly good fast food, like I always said about places I went, if I saw badly service at certain locations I will mention but so far so good.
