Sonic Drive-In

Opened the burger to find this disgusting, swampy load of crap and given ONE napkin which was used up immediately upon picking up the burger. Absolutely ridiculous to do this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Sonic on Commerce Drive, Jefferson City I stopped by recently with coupons for 4 corn dogs for $2, and it turned into a much bigger ordeal than it should have been. Three different employees came out, and each time there was confusion about the deal. I’m not saying the two gentlemen who helped were bad at their jobs, but they weren’t really trying to understand what I was explaining. It should have been simple, and I know this firsthand because I worked at Sonic for 5 years myself. That said, I do want to commend Jaiden for her excellent customer service. She was polite, patient, and truly did her best to make things right. She stood out in the whole situation. The price was about what you'd pay at a sit down restaurant. The food quality and portions were considerably less My durger was served cold. It took us 3 tries to order because the individual taking the order wasn't paying attention. We had to finally ask him to just start over and listen. My burger had more mayo that burger. The fries were hard as a brick and everything was cold. Other than that, it was alright.

Great coffee and good breakfast, reasonably priced. Excellent service.

Hamburger was over cooked, tots were cold. Carhops need more training....the one that brought my order out, walked off without payment, I had to call her back as she was walking off. Then while eating had a different one come to my window trying to deliver a drink that went somewhere else.
