Sonic Drive-In

So I wanted to add a second review decided to give another chance to the location 2/28/26 @ 4:46pm Another disappointment. Not eating this it's terrible and I'm at home. The onion rings again over cooked, and chicken tenders are dark and nothing like what it says it's like online. I'm starting to wonder if they ever change out the frying oil everyday. Let me add the new pictures too-last 3 pictures are the new pictures. So again another disappointment.. Of I want to go to Sonic again I'll just drive 30 minutes to the one on warm springs.... Last year about 6-8 months ago: burnt onion rings were all covered up by the ones on the top in the bag... we assumed they're all good drove home....Would you eat food like that? We spent $50 there. My regular go to is the Diet Cherry Lime Aid with the half price deal going on. This location at 6455 W Sahara has some great people here. I had a couple of custom requests to adjust my order. Marisol, w/out hesitation, gave me that beautiful smile and a “I gotcha!” And set me up! Then she personally delivered to my car! The drinks even had candy on top?!?! I even observed her serving other customers in the same way. Why can’t all employees serve others like her? Mr. Manager, she deserves some recognition and a raise! Unfortunately, this location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The issues go far beyond one visit there is a consistent lack of customer care, friendliness, professionalism, and basic training. Employees regularly give attitude, seem uninterested in helping, and are dismissive of feedback. On my most recent visit, I brought my child specifically to teach them about money exchange and responsibility. I was using a real-life scenario involving both a credit card and cash. The employee refused to allow split payment, which strongly suggests poor system support or a lack of proper training on how to assist customers in reasonable situations. Whenever they look at us, the employees greet us and offer us sauces and different products. I agree that they are a place where they provide very good service. The local youth bring energy and prosperity to the local. Although they forgot to give me my onion rings, it is understandable because they were too busy.

So I drove my truck to the drive-in and sat there waiting to place a classic car hop order, and I hit the button and he said I'm the only one here and I got to take care of the drive-thru first. So ten cars through the drive-thru and 30 minutes later, did they finally get back in the microphone it says it's going to take your order and then all the sudden another car pulls up through the drive-thru and I get put on the back burner yet again. So I told him to forget it and I will go somewhere else and then I peeled out. Maybe it's not his fault but the service there sucks. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes and not like 20 cars go ahead of me, that's BS.
