Sonic Drive-In

Came at 9:50 pm just mins from closing time. Worked at a sonic as my first job years ago and remember how frustrating that would be. Was expecting anger and resentment as I had gotten from other Sonic's in the past for showing so late but instead was greeted with a kind and knowledgeable voice. The order was excuted quickly with all my other request and all food fresh as can be. An actual first ever at any sonic. Cook and Manager deserve a big pat on the back I believe the carhop was the manager if I'm not mistaken. She was without a doubt the nicest sonic worker encountered. Very impressive and quickly mannered.

The order was so slow to be delivered (15 minutes). When asked to correct they took the burger to remove the unwanted pickles and onions, then told me they couldn't remove them and had to remake it but it "wouldn't take long". It then took over 10 minutes to get the corrected item

I really wish y’all would change the chili back to the original, this new stuff doesn’t taste good

Ordered a sonic blast, delivered by doordash. Imagine my surprise to receive a medium cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a miniscule sprinkle of what was supposed to be blended in on top.

This place is AMAZING!! My sister and I were trying to find some limes to make salsa with, but all the grocery stores in town closed by 8:30pm due to a certain global pandemic, so we tried our luck at the local Sonic. At first, the employee seemed a little confused by our request but he sent out his manager who sold us four whole limes (already washed)!! That's the best service I've ever received at a Sonic restaurant. I'm now a lifetime customer.
