Sonic Drive-In

Simple request of no relish and instead I received a hotdog full of relish. I absolutely can’t stand relish and I repeated no relish at least 3 times. This is inedible for me especially spending $12 to just throw it away!

Within walking distance of Dolphin’s stadium pay for parking at Walmart to attend games. Food was average. Service was slow and it personable.

genuinely how is this location still in business? you can’t mobile order because they never bring it to you once you’re checked in then if you go to the door they catch an attitude with you. they never answer at the stall either despite pressing the button multiple twice within 20 minutes.. so if mobile orders and ordering at the stall doesn’t work how is anyone getting their food? i’ve tried to give this location multiple chances because its the only one within 20 minutes but its every single time. burgers delicious so its pretty sad that the custom service has come to this

Kind of a weird experience…I came to the location and parked in stall number 17. Ordering my food seemed to be difficult. As if the employee who was taking my order was unable to hear me. Perhaps the headset or the speaker or the microphone was not working properly. Not sure. So I had to repeat myself multiple times. After a long wait time. I decided to go inside to see if maybe there was a problem with the order. Perhaps they thought it was a carry out order. I used to work at a fast food restaurant before. Having compassion is right thing to do after all. I walked in and say a woman with two kids running around like crazy while the woman was trying to figure out a gift card situation. And the employee, a young g man with glasses was walking back and forth from front desk to the back. Onc

Nobody asked for our order after pushing the button. 15 mins went by. We then drove to the drive thru and had to wait another 15 mins to get seen. No dip with pretzel even when requested. Staffs attitude very bad. Cars queuing round the block and leaving when they saw how long it was taking. Laziest sonic I've ever been too!
